The embodiment of the invention provides a ship superelevation early warning method, device and system. The system comprises a laser sensor and a processor, and the laser sensor is connected with theprocessor. The laser sensor is used for scanning a preset height area and sending a scanning result to the processor, and the processor is used for acquiring a scanning result, determining the drivingparameters of an invaded object according to the scanning result, judging whether the driving parameters of the invaded object meet a preset ship driving rule or not, and when the driving parametersof the invaded object meet the preset ship driving rule, carrying out ship superelevation early warning. According to the ship superelevation early warning system, the driving parameters of the invaded object meet the preset ship driving rule, so that the possibility that the invaded object is a ship is higher. When the driving parameters of the invaded object meet the preset ship driving rule, the ship superelevation early warning is carried out, and the false triggering of ship superelevation early warning can be reduced.

    本发明实施例提供了船舶超高预警方法、装置及系统,该系统包括:激光传感器及处理器,激光传感器与处理器连接;激光传感器:用于对预设高度区域进行扫描,并将扫描结果发送给处理器;处理器:用于获取扫描结果,按照扫描结果确定侵入物体的行驶参数;判断侵入物体的行驶参数是否满足预设船舶行驶规则;在侵入物体的行驶参数满足预设船舶行驶规则时,进行船舶超高预警。在本发明实施例的船舶超高预警系统中,侵入物体的行驶参数满足预设船舶行驶规则,说明侵入物体为船舶的可能性越高,在侵入物体的行驶参数满足预设船舶行驶规则时进行船舶超高预警,可以减少船舶超高预警的误触发。
