The invention aims to provide a propeller composite conduit and a preparation method thereof, and relates to a new material and a new process. The preparation method comprises the following steps of:serving carbon fiber/epoxy resin prepreg cloth as a raw material, and manufacturing a hub body, blades and rib plates according to an autoclave process; manufacturing a support frame; machining and forming the inner skin through an autoclave technology, and forming groove holes in the annular inner wall of the inner skin; machining and arranging bolt holes and/or fixed ends of mortise and tenon joints on the rib plates; enabling the connecting ends of the blades to penetrate through the groove holes and are bonded with the inner skin; fixedly connecting the rib plates with the connecting end;bonding the rib plates with the inner molded surface of the inner skin; and respectively filling a plurality of interval spaces defined by the rib plates and the inner molded surface of the inner skinwith a molding buoyancy material, trimming the exposed parts to form an outer molded surface, paving and adhering carbon fiber/epoxy resin prepreg cloth on the outer molded surface, molding the outerskin by adopting an autoclave process, and performing trimming to obtain a finished product. The weight of an existing propeller guide pipe can be reduced, and seawater corrosion resistance is better.
本发明目的在于提供一种推进器复合材料导管及其制备方法,涉及新材料及新工艺;包括如下步骤:采用碳纤维/环氧树脂预浸布做为原料,按照热压罐工艺制作毂体、叶片及筋板;制作支撑架;采用热压罐工艺加工成型内蒙皮,在内蒙皮环状内壁上开设有槽孔;在筋板上加工设置螺栓孔和/或榫卯接头的固定端;将叶片的连接端穿过槽孔并与内蒙皮粘接;将筋板与连接端固定连接;将筋板与内蒙皮的内型面粘接;在由筋板与内蒙皮的内型面围成的多个间隔空间内分别填充成型浮力材料并将其外露的部位修整出外型面,在外型面上铺粘碳纤维/环氧树脂预浸布,采用热压罐工艺成型外蒙皮,并修整后获得产品成品。本发明能够减轻现有推进器导管重量,并更佳耐海水腐蚀。
