The invention discloses a laser forklift AGV control system. According to the laser forklift AGV control system, the control system is divided into several different functional modules, namely an environment sensing module, a path planning module, a motion control module and a central control module, each functional module can be independently controlled, and the central control module carries outunified scheduling coordination, so that the problems of high system performance requirement and complex algorithm programming caused by integrated packaging of a main control system can be effectively solved; the laser forklift AGV control system can further facilitate subsequent upgrading and reconstruction and reduce the cost of replacing the main control system, so that a modularization controlling effect is achieved; and in addition, different functional modules of the laser forklift AGV only need to be in data communication, the technical upgrading and maintenance operation of each functional module do not have any influence on other functional modules, and the convenience of subsequent upgrading and maintenance of the control system is greatly improved.

    本发明提供了一种激光叉车AGV控制系统,该激光叉车AGV控制系统将控制系统划分成环境感知模块、路径规划模块、运动控制模块和中央控制模块这几个不同的功能模块,并且每个功能模块都能单独控制,并由该中央控制模块进行统一调度协调,这样能够有效解决主控系统因一体封装而带来的对系统性能要求高和算法编程复杂的问题,并且该激光叉车AGV控制系统还能够便于后续进行升级改造和降低更换主控系统的成本,从而达到模块化控制的效果,此外,该激光叉车AGV不同功能模块之间只需要通过数据通信即可,每一个功能模块的技术升级和维护操作对于其他功能模块均没有任何影响,其极大地改善控制系统后续升级和维护的便捷性。
