The invention discloses a control method, control system and controller for the super-lift winch of a crane and belongs to the technical field of engineering machinery. The control method specificallycomprises the following steps that: the real-time length L1 of a main arm and the real-time rope unwinding amount L2 of a winding drum are obtained; the target rope unwinding amount L2'of the windingdrum is calculated according to the real-time length L1 of the main arm, and a length relation l2 between the preset length l1 of the main arm and the preset rope unwinding amount l2 of the winding drum during the stretch and contraction of the main arm and synchronous winding and unwinding of the winding drum, wherein the length relation l2 can be indicated that an equation that l2=f1 (l1); andwhen the target rope unwinding amount L2'of the winding drum is not equal to the real-time rope unwinding amount L2 of the winding drum, the real-time rope unwinding amount L2 is adjusted to be the target rope unwinding amount L2 '. With the control method adopted, the retracting and releasing length of the super-lift winch can be effectively determined on the premise that the telescopic length ofthe main arm is determined, so that the synchronous movement of the winch and the main arm can be realized, and the safety performance of the crane is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种起重机的超起卷扬的控制方法、控制系统及控制器,涉及工程机械技术领域。该控制方法具体包括获取主臂的实时长度L和卷筒的实时放绳量L;根据主臂的实时长度L和主臂伸缩与卷筒同步收放时的主臂的预设长度l和卷筒的预设放绳量l的长度关系l=f(l),计算卷筒的目标放绳量L;在卷筒的目标放绳量L和卷筒的实时放绳量L不相等时,将实时放绳量L调节至目标放绳量L。该控制方法可在主臂伸缩长度确定的前提下有效地确定超起卷扬的收放长度,从而可实现卷扬与主臂的同步运动,进而保证起重机的安全性能。
