The invention discloses a speed control method of a winch system, the winch system and a crane. The speed control method comprises the following steps: acquiring a load proportion, and presetting a control current of a proportional pressure reducing valve; wherein the load proportion represents the ratio of the current load to the full load; acquiring a control pressure signal of a control handle; when the load proportion is larger than a preset proportion threshold value, the limiting current of a proportional pressure reducing valve is calculated, secondary adjustment is conducted on the control pressure of a handle, the opening degree of a main valve is adjusted, and the rotating speed of a winch motor is limited; in other words, the weight proportion of the load is obtained in real time in the operation process of the winch system, if the load is large, the limiting current of the proportional pressure reducing valve is calculated, secondary adjustment is conducted on the output pressure of the handle, the actual rotating speed of the winch motor is controlled, and therefore the low rotating speed of the large load and the high rotating speed of the small load can be guaranteed; the safety in the operation process is improved, the control comfort is improved, and meanwhile the operation efficiency can be improved as much as possible.

    本申请公开了一种卷扬系统的速度控制方法、卷扬系统及起重机,通过获取载荷比例,预设比例减压阀的控制电流;其中,载荷比例表征当前载荷与满载荷的比值;获取控制手柄的控制压力信号;当载荷比例大于预设的比例阈值时,计算比例减压阀的限制电流,对手柄的控制压力进行二次调节,调整主阀的开度,限制卷扬马达的转速;即在卷扬系统作业过程中实时获取载荷的重量比例,若载荷较大则计算得到比例减压阀的限制电流,并且对手柄的输出压力进行二次调节,控制卷扬马达的实际转速,从而可以保证大载荷低转速、小载荷高转速,不仅提高了作业过程中的安全性,还提高操控舒适性,同时还可以尽量提高作业效率。
