The application relates to the technical field of mechanical equipment, and particularly relates to a winch device, a crane and a control method of the winch device. The winch device is used for the crane, and the winch device comprises a variable motor, a first control switch, a controller and a detection device, wherein the first control switch communicates with a first interface of the variablemotor to enable a hydraulic medium to flow into the variable motor from the first interface to drive a swash plate to rotate a preset angle; the detection device is used for detecting the actual loadvalue of the crane; the detection device is electrically connected with the controller, the first control switch is electrically connected with the controller, and when the actual load value is lessthan a preset value, the controller controls the first control switch to be turned on to enable the hydraulic medium to flow into the variable motor. According to the winch device, the speed can be automatically changed according to the actual load size of the crane, the operation efficiency under low load is improved, and the working condition of high-speed operation under heavy load is avoided.

    本申请涉及机械设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种卷扬装置、起重机及卷扬装置的控制方法。卷扬装置用于起重机,所述卷扬装置包括变量马达、第一控制开关、控制器和检测装置;所述第一控制开关与所述变量马达的第一接口相连通,以使液压介质能够从所述第一接口流入所述变量马达,以驱动斜盘转动预设角度;所述检测装置用于检测所述起重机的实际载荷值;所述检测装置与所述控制器电连接,所述第一控制开关与所述控制器电连接,当所述实际载荷值小于预设值时,所述控制器控制所述第一控制开关开启,以使液压介质流入所述变量马达。本申请提供的卷扬装置能够根据起重机的实际载荷大小自动变速,提高了低载时作业的效率,避免重载时高速作业的工况。
