An embodiment of the invention provides a crane and a super-lift winch control system and method of the crane, and belongs to the field of engineering machinery. The super-lift winch control system ofthe crane comprises a detection device, a controller and an execution device, wherein the detection device is used for acquiring the actual arm length of a lifting arm and the actual tension of a steel wire rope; the controller is connected with the detection device and used for determining the target tension of the steel wire rope corresponding to the actual arm length of the lifting arm and determining a super-lift winch control signal according to the actual tension of the steel wire rope and the target tension of the steel wire rope; and the execution device is connected with the controller and used for driving a super-lift winch to act according to the super-lift winch control signal. The tension of the steel wire rope is used as an input signal for controlling the rope winding and unwinding speed of the super-lift winch, so that the rope winding and unwinding speed of the super-lift winch is ensured, the tension of the steel wire rope of the super-lift winch can reach the targettension of the steel wire rope required by the current arm length of the lifting arm, the super-lift performance is exerted to the maximum extent, and safety accidents are avoided.

    本发明实施例提供一种起重机的超起卷扬控制系统、方法及起重机,属于工程机械领域。所述起重机的超起卷扬控制系统,包括:检测装置,用于获取吊臂实际臂长和钢丝绳实际张力;控制器,与所述检测装置连接,用于:确定与所述吊臂实际臂长对应的钢丝绳目标张力,根据所述钢丝绳实际张力与所述钢丝绳目标张力,确定超起卷扬控制信号;以及执行装置,与所述控制器连接,用于根据所述超起卷扬控制信号驱动所述超起卷扬动作。通过将钢丝绳张力作为控制超起卷扬收放绳速度的输入信号,确保超起卷扬收放绳速度能使超起卷扬钢丝绳张力达到与当前的吊臂臂长所需的钢丝绳目标张力,最大限度发挥超起性能并避免安全事故的发生。
