The invention discloses a hydraulic semi-active suspension for a special vehicle and a control system thereof. The hydraulic semi-active suspension is composed of a hydraulic motor, a generator, a storage battery, a DC module, four sets of energy feedback adjusting valve units and four sets of shock absorber hydraulic cylinders, and the automatic adjusting system is composed of a driving motor, ahydraulic pump, a hydraulic source oil tank, an oil filter, a low-pressure energy accumulator, a high-pressure energy accumulator, four sets of automatic adjusting valve units and four sets of shock absorber hydraulic cylinders. Eachh energy feedback adjusting valve unit consists of a switch valve and a one-way valve, and each automatic adjusting valve unit consists of a three-position four-way electromagnetic valve and an oil tank; the control method comprises an energy feedback control method and an active adjustment control method. The height of each suspension shock absorber can be adjusted according to different working conditions when emergency braking, rapid acceleration and steering are about to roll over, so that the vehicle smoothness, the operation stability and the driver safety are improved, and energy recovery is carried out when the vehicle runs linearly and stably.
本发明公开了一种特种车辆用液压式半主动悬架及其控制系统,包括:由液压马达、发电机、蓄电池、DC模块、四组馈能调节阀单元和四组减震器液压缸组成的馈能系统,以及由驱动电机、液压泵、液压源油箱、滤油器、低压蓄能器、高压蓄能器、四组自动调节阀单元与四组减震器液压缸组成的自动调节系统;其中,馈能调节阀单元由开关阀与单向阀组成,自动调节阀单元由三位四通电磁阀和油箱组成;所述控制方法包括馈能控制方法和主动调节控制方法。本发明可根据不同工况在紧急制动、急加速以及转向将要侧翻时调节各个悬架减震器高度,以提高车辆平顺性、操纵稳定性和驾驶员的安全性,并且在汽车直线稳定行驶时进行能量回收。
