The invention relates to the technical field of spent fuel pool weld joint nondestructive inspection, and particularly discloses a nuclear power plant spent pool inspection wall-climbing robot position calibration device and a nuclear power plant spent pool inspection wall-climbing robot position calibration method. The nuclear power plant spent pool inspection wall-climbing robot position calibration device comprises an inspection probe and a distance measuring instrument, wherein the inspection probe is arranged at the front end of an existing wall-climbing robot body, the distance measuringinstrument is arranged on the left front portion of the wall-climbing robot body, the distance between the wall-climbing robot body and the pool bottom can be obtained by means of the distance measuring instrument, and position calibration of the wall-climbing robot body along a longitudinal weld joint is completed. According to the nuclear power plant spent pool inspection wall-climbing robot position calibration device and the nuclear power plant spent pool inspection wall-climbing robot position calibration method, the position of an inspection robot in a spent fuel pool can be simply andconveniently calibrated, the position of an inspection weld joint is efficiently obtained, and the defect position of the weld joint is precisely positioned.

    本发明涉及乏燃料水池焊缝无损检查技术领域,具体公开了种核电厂乏池检查爬壁机器人位置标定装置及方法。该装置包括检查探头和测距仪,在现有的爬壁机器人本体的前端设有检查探头,在所述爬壁机器人本体的左前部设有测距仪,利用测距仪可获得爬壁机器人本体相对于池底的距离,完成爬壁机器人本体沿纵焊缝的位置标定。本发明所述的一种核电厂乏池检查爬壁机器人位置标定装置及方法,能够简单便捷地对乏燃料水池中检查机器人的位置进行标定,高效获得检查焊缝的位置,精确定位焊缝缺陷位置。
