The embodiment of the invention discloses a novel tilting mechanism and an unmanned aerial vehicle, and is applied to the technical field of the unmanned aerial vehicles. The novel tilting mechanism comprises a tilting follow-up rocker arm, a rocker arm connecting rod, a tilting power rocker arm, a rotary power mechanism and a locking assembly comprising a first locking structure and a second locking structure. The tilting follow-up rocker arm is mounted on the tilting shaft of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the first locking structure is arranged on the tilting follow-up rocker arm; the fixed end of the tilting power rocker arm is in driving connection with the output shaft of the rotary power mechanism; the first free end of the tilting power rocker arm is connected with the free end of the tilting follow-up rocker arm through the rocker arm connecting rod; the force arm of the tilting follow-up rocker arm is longer than the force arm of the tilting power rocker arm, the second free end of the tilting power rocker arm is connected with the second locking structure, and the tilting follow-up rocker arm is driven by the tilting power rocker arm to enable the first locking structure and the second locking structure to lock rotation of the tilting follow-up rocker arm. The novel tilting mechanism can save energy, can improve efficiency and can prolong the service life of the noveltilting mechanism and the unmanned aerial vehicle.

    本发明实施例公开了一种新型倾转机构和无人机,应用于无人机技术领域,该新型倾转机构包括倾转随动摇臂、摇臂连杆、倾转动力摇臂、旋转动力机构和包括第一锁止结构和第二锁止结构的锁止组件,倾转随动摇臂安装在无人机的倾转轴上,其上设有第一锁止结构,倾转动力摇臂的固定端与旋转动力机构的输出轴驱动连接,倾转动力摇臂的第一自由端通过摇臂连杆与倾转随动摇臂的自由端连接,倾转随动摇臂的力臂长于倾转动力摇臂的力臂,倾转动力摇臂的第二自由端连接第二锁止结构,倾转随动摇臂在倾转动力摇臂的带动下,第一锁止结构与第二锁止结构可锁止倾转随动摇臂的转动。该新型倾转机构可节约能源,提高效率和延长自身及无人机的使用寿命。
