The invention belongs to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles. The invention discloses a tilting wing mechanism. The tilting wing mechanism comprises a fixed wing and rotating wings arranged at the two ends of the fixed wing correspondingly. Each rotating wing comprises a first wing and a second wing, the fixed wing is rotatably connected with the first wing, and the fixed wing is rotatably connected with the second wing. The tilting wing mechanism further comprises a rotating power unit for driving the rotating wing to rotate relative to the fixed wing, a first motor is arranged onthe first wing, and a second motor is arranged on the second wing. The invention further discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle with the tilting wing mechanism, the unmanned aerial vehicle with the tilting wing mechanism comprises the tilting wing mechanism, the unmanned aerial vehicle with the tilting wing mechanism further comprises a vehicle body and an empennage unit, and a worm wheel and a rotating motor are both arranged in the vehicle body. Compared with the prior art, the unmanned aerial vehicle with the tilting wing mechanism is good in reliability, the service life of the steering engine is long, the wind resistance is improved, and the flight quality is high.
