The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, and discloses a precise and light tilting mechanism for a rotor nacelle of a tilting rotor unmanned aerial vehicle. The mechanism comprises a wing connecting piece, a rotary connecting device, a connecting ring, a transmission mechanism and a rotor nacelle connector; thewing connecting piece is arranged at one side of therotary connecting device, and the connecting ring is arranged at the other side of the rotary connecting device. According to the tilting mechanism, a high-precision double-lead worm gear and worm transmission design is adopted, the tooth thickness of a worm is variable, and therefore the gap between the worm gear and the worm can be adjusted to reach the optimal state, no clearance exists, in addition, when the gap between the worm gear and the worm is enlarged in the using process, the gap between the worm gear and the worm can be decreased by adjusting the axial position of the worm; compared with a traditional steering engine mode, the whole clearance is small and almost negligible, harmful shaking of the rotor nacelle during operation caused by overlarge clearance in other modes is avoided, and stable operation of the tilting rotor unmanned aerial vehicle is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及无人机技术领域,公开了一种倾转旋翼无人机旋翼短舱精准轻便型倾转机构,包括机翼连接件、转动连接装置、连接圈、传动机构和旋翼短舱连接头,所述机翼连接件设置在转动连接装置的一侧,所述连接圈设置在转动连接装置的另一侧。本发明倾转机构采用高精度双导程涡轮蜗杆传动设计,蜗杆的齿厚是变化的,这样就可以调整蜗轮蜗杆的间隙达到最佳状态,实现无虚位,另外,当使用过程造成蜗轮蜗杆的间隙变大,可以通过调整蜗杆的轴向位置,使蜗轮蜗杆的间隙变小,相比于传统舵机的方式,其整体虚位很小几乎忽略不计,避免了其他方式虚位过大导致旋翼短舱在运行时的有害晃动,保证倾转旋翼无人机的平稳运行。
