The invention discloses a ship pollution bottom monitoring evaluation method and evaluation system. The method comprises the steps of firstly collecting ship operation data including ship state data,then performing quality screening on the data, removing low-quality data with relatively large data fluctuation by analyzing an average value, a maximum value, a minimum value and a standard deviationof original data signals, and meanwhile, screening a navigation stormy wave environment and a ship state to obtain data suitable for analysis; performing environmental factor correction on the screened data, correcting the influence of wind, waves, flow and water temperature on ship performance, and obtaining ship performance data which is close to an ideal environment but contains pollution bottom influence; and finally, comparing the ship performance data corrected by the environmental factors with a ship performance benchmark, analyzing and fitting the difference between the ship performance data corrected by the environmental factors and the ship performance benchmark to obtain an evaluation result, namely a performance reduction percentage value caused by pollution bottom, and when the value reaches a certain threshold value, giving a docking decontamination suggestion.

    一种船舶污底监测评估方法和评估系统,其首先采集船舶营运数据,包括船舶状态数据,然后对数据进行质量筛选,通过分析原始数据信号的平均值、最大最小值、标准差,去除数据波动较大低质量的数据,同时对航行风浪环境、船舶状态进行筛选,获取适合分析的数据;然后对筛选后的数据进行环境因素修正,修正风、浪、流和水温对船舶性能的影响,获得接近理想环境、但包含污底影响船舶性能数据;最后利用环境因素修正后的船舶性能数据,与船舶性能基准对比,对两者的差距进行分析拟合,得到评估结果,即污底造成的性能减低百分比值,当该值达到一定阈值,给出进坞清污建议。
