The invention discloses a ship bottom coefficient evaluation method and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: respectively acquiring navigation data of a target ship in a reference leg and a target leg; respectively acquiring navigation data of other ships in the reference leg and the non-reference leg; the navigation data comprises sea condition data and control data; expanding the navigation data of the target ship in the reference leg based on the navigation data of other ships in the reference leg to obtain a first training sample set; expanding the navigation data of the target ship in the target leg based on the navigation data of other ships in the non-reference leg to obtain a second training sample set; training a first energy consumption prediction model based on the first training sample set; training a second energy consumption prediction model based on the second training sample set; and based on the first energy consumption prediction model and the second energy consumption prediction model, respectively predicting first energy consumption and second energy consumption of the target ship under the standard sea condition and the control data, and based on the first energy consumption and the second energy consumption, obtaining the ship sewage bottom coefficient.
