The invention particularly relates to an electric vehicle battery heat dissipation device. The device comprises a refrigeration frame, a battery is arranged in the refrigeration frame, a first heat dissipation mechanism is arranged on the battery, and a second heat dissipation mechanism and a liquid storage tank which are connected with the first heat dissipation mechanism are arranged in the refrigeration frame. The first heat dissipation mechanism comprises a heat conduction block; the inner surface of the heat conduction block is attached to the outer side surface of the battery; a first heat dissipation chamber is arranged on the outer surface of the heat conduction block; and a second heat dissipation chamber communicating with the first heat dissipation chamber is fixedly arranged onthe outer surface of the first heat dissipation chamber, the first heat dissipation chamber and the second heat dissipation chamber are both filled with cooling liquid, and liquid conveying mechanisms enabling the cooling liquid in the first heat dissipation chamber and the cooling liquid in the second heat dissipation chamber to be exchanged are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the battery in the first heat dissipation chamber. According to the invention, when liquid leakage occurs, the second set of heat dissipation device can be adopted to carry out emergency heat dissipation onthe battery while the battery can be effectively subjected to circulating heat dissipation, so that safety accidents caused by liquid leakage are prevented, and an automobile is supported to run to amaintenance place.

    本发明具体涉及一种电动汽车电池散热装置,包括制冷框,制冷框内设置有电池,电池上设置有第一散热机构,制冷框内设置有与第一散热机构相连接的第二散热机构和储液箱;第一散热机构包括导热块,导热块内表面与电池外侧面相贴合,导热块外表面设置有第一散热室,第一散热室外表面固定设置有与第一散热室连通的第二散热室,第一散热室、第二散热室内均充有冷却液,第一散热室内、位于电池两侧对称设置有使第一散热室和第二散热室内的冷却液进行交换的输液机构。本发明在能有效的对电池进行循环散热的同时,当发生液体渗漏,能采用第二套散热装置对电池进行紧急散热,防止液体泄露发生安全事故,并支撑汽车行驶到维修地点。
