The invention relates to an automobile A-pillar manufacturing method, and belongs to the technical field of automobile body structure design. The automobile A-pillar comprises a framework, a U-shapedclamping groove is formed in the edge of the framework, a transparent glass material is installed in the middle of the framework, and the framework is connected with the transparent glass material through an annular clamping groove. The framework is divided into an automobile A-pillar inner part and an automobile A-pillar outer part, and the automobile A-pillar inner part and the automobile A-pillar outer part are welded into a whole through a plasma arc welding method. An aluminum alloy material is adopted, so that the weight can be reduced under the condition that the strength of the automobile A-pillar is met. The two parts of the automobile A-pillar can achieve the effect of one-side welding and two-side forming through the plasma arc welding technology, and compared with existing common electric resistance welding, the welding seam is attractive, and the welding effect is good. A polariscope is selected as the transparent glass material, the view blind area caused by the automobile A-pillar is effectively reduced, meanwhile, the sight is not disturbed in the linear driving process, and the driving safety is improved.

    本发明涉及一种汽车A柱制作方法,属于汽车车身结构设计技术领域。所述汽车A柱包括骨架,骨架边缘设有U型卡槽,骨架中间安装有透明玻璃材料,骨架与透明玻璃材料之间采用环形卡槽连接;所述骨架分为汽车A柱内部分和汽车A柱外部分,汽车A柱内部分和汽车A柱外部分采用等离子电弧焊的方法焊接为一体。本发明采用铝合金材料在满足汽车A柱的强度条件下,可以减轻重量;汽车A柱的两部分采用等离子电弧焊接技术可以达到一面焊接两面成型的效果,较现在常用的电阻焊焊缝美观、焊接效果好。本发明中的透明玻璃材料选用偏光镜,有效的减小了汽车A柱造成的视野盲区,同时在直线行驶中不干扰视线,提高了驾驶安全。
