The invention provides a machine-room-free girder structure. A main bearing beam and a secondary bearing beam are fixedly arranged on a well wall; a tractor is parallel to the main bearing beam and is fixedly arranged on the main bearing beam; a counter-weight side rope device is fixedly arranged below the main bearing beam; one end of a steel cable is fixedly arranged on the counter-weight side rope device; the other end of the steel cable downwards passes through a counter-weight diversion sheave, is upwards returned to a dragging wheel of the tractor, then downwards passes through a car bottom diversion sheave and is then upwards fixed on a car side rope hitch plate which is positioned below the secondary bearing beam; the lines of centers of the counter-weight diversion sheave and counter-weight guide rails form an included angle of 10 to 15 degrees. The tractor is parallel to the bearing beams, so a large space is saved; meanwhile, the tractor forms no angle with the bearing beams, so the structure disclosed by the invention is convenient to install and debug.
