The invention relates to a climbable traction machine spandrel girder structure. The spandrel girder structure is embedded in a wall structure of a hoistway, and is characterized by comprising a mainspandrel girder, an auxiliary spandrel girder, a lifting hook plate, a lift car rope hitch plate, a guide wheel and a traction machine; the manner of hinging the main spandrel girder and the auxiliaryspandrel girder is adopted for the spandrel girder, the auxiliary spandrel girder rotates around a connecting shaft by dismounting down an upper cover plate and unscrewing bolts, the length of the spandrel girder is reduced, the auxiliary spandrel girder is vertically arranged under the action of gravity, then lifting is achieved through the lifting hook plate, when lifting is achieved to a needed position, one end of the main spandrel girder is firstly embedded into a hoistway wall firstly, the auxiliary spandrel girder rotates around the connecting shaft to be horizontal, then the end of the auxiliary spandrel girder is embedded into the hoistway wall, the upper cover plate is locked, and the auxiliary spandrel girder is fixed; and by adopting the climbable structure, an optimal structural design scheme can be realized in limited hoistway space with fewer materials, shorter manufacturing time and the simplest and most convenient mounting manner.

    本发明涉及一种可爬升式曳引机承重梁结构,该承重梁结构嵌入在井道的墙体结构内,其特征在于:包括主承重梁、副承重梁、吊钩板、轿厢绳头板、导向轮和曳引机;通过将承重梁采用主承重梁与副承重梁铰接的方式,通过卸下上盖板,拧开螺栓实现副承重梁绕着连接轴旋转,减小承重梁长度,副承重梁则在重力的作用下竖直设置,再通过吊钩板进行提升,当提升至需要的位置时,主承重梁的一端先嵌入井道墙体,副承重梁绕着连接轴旋转,实现副承重梁水平,然后副承重梁的端部嵌入井道墙体内,锁上上盖板,实现副承重梁固定;采用这样的爬升结构,能够在有限的井道空间内以更省的材料,更短的制造工时,最简便的安装方式实现最优的结构设计方案。
