PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a girder structure capable of saving more weight.SOLUTION: Bending load is added on a girder structure 10. The girder structure comprises: a metal member 12 made of metal material; and a composite material member 14, which is connected with the metal member 12, has a different modulus of longitudinal elasticity from the metal member 12 and is made of fiber-reinforced resin composite material. The metal member 12 or the composite material member 14, whichever has larger modulus of longitudinal elasticity, is disposed on a compression side, and whichever has smaller modulus of longitudinal elasticity, is disposed on a tension side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
