The invention discloses an image acquisition unit of a full-automatic train guide rail loss image acquisition device. The image acquisition unit comprises a first linear laser, a second linear laser and a camera, the first linear laser, the second linear laser and the camera are installed on a substrate, the first linear laser and the camera are arranged at one side of a train guide rail, the second linear laser is arranged at the other side of the train guide rail, laser emitted by the first linear laser and the second linear laser form a laser line on a rail plane of the train guide rail, the laser line is perpendicular to the center line of the train guide rail, and one end, of the camera, which acquires images is opposite to the laser line. With respect to the image acquisition unit, the first linear laser and the second linear laser are employed to light the rail plane of the train guide rail and position a shooting point, the camera carries out image acquisition to the rail plane of the train guide rail on a specific position, and the acquired images are convenient for image post processing.
