The invention discloses a full-automatic detection system for train guide rail contours. The full-automatic detection system comprises a first laser device, a second laser device, an image collection device, a drive device, a grating ruler and a control device, wherein the first laser device, the second laser device and the image collection device are arranged in a triangle, and the control device is connected to the first laser device, the second laser device, the image collection device, the drive device and the grating ruler. According to the invention, the grating ruler detects the straight-line distance of train guide rails, the control device controls the drive device to move periodically on the train guide rails according to the distance detected by the grating ruler, and therefore each detection point of the train guide rail contours can be detected in a full-automatic mode, huge manpower resource consumption is eliminated, and the work efficiency is improved.
