The invention provides a rapid calculation method of the draughts in hoisting work of a crane ship. The method comprises the steps of firstly obtaining the mass of a ship, the ship length, the ship width, the transverse and longitudinal metacentric heights, the water plane area, the overwater positive projection area, the overwater lateral projection area, the longitudinal coordinates of the center of floatation of the ship, and the designed draughts of the left and right side boards, the designed draughts of the bow and the stern, and the hoisting load mass parameter of the crane ship; secondly, measuring the heel and trim attitude information of the ship at the current moment via a vertical movement reference unit; thirdly, calculating the draughts of the left and right side boards and the bow and the stern of the crane ship at the current moment according to the initial parameters of the crane ship and the measured altitude information. The method can effectively maintain the stability and safety of crane ships in a working process.
