The method comprises the steps that the hoisting position and operation space of the crawler crane are determined; a gantry crane is used as a main crane, the hoisting weight of the gantry crane is set to be more than 60% of the weight of the block, the distance between the hoisting point of the gantry crane and the center of the block and the distance between the hoisting point of the crawler crane and the center of the block are calculated, and the load bearing of each hoisting hook in the gantry crane and the crawler crane are determined; carrying out trial hoisting on the large block, and confirming whether the hoisting stress of the gantry crane and the crawler crane accords with a preset scheme or not and whether a braking system is intact or not through trial hoisting; and in the hoisting process, the gantry crane and the crawler crane are kept to ascend and descend synchronously, and when the gantry crane and the crawler crane are subjected to double-machine linkage carrying, the moving and transporting speed is synchronous. According to the technical scheme, the problem that when the ship block is hoisted, the weight of a large block, the weight of a sling and the weight of a hoisting row exceed the rated load of a gantry crane, and consequently the gantry crane cannot conduct hoisting is solved.
本发明实施例提供一种履带吊协同龙门吊的船舶总段吊装方法,通过确定履带吊机的吊装位置和作业空间;以龙门吊机为主吊,设定所述龙门吊机的起吊重量占总段重量的60%以上,计算所述龙门吊机和履带吊机的吊点距总段中心的距离,确定所述龙门吊机和履带吊机中各吊钩的承重;进行所述大型总段试吊,通过试吊确认所述龙门吊机及履带吊机的起吊受力是否与预定方案相符,以及制动系统是否完好;进行吊装工作,吊装过程保持所述龙门吊机与履带吊机同步上升和下降,龙门吊机和履带吊机双机联动搭载时移运速度同步。本发明技术方案,解决船舶总段吊装时大型总段重量、吊索具重量及吊排重量超过龙门吊机的额定负荷,导致龙门吊机无法吊装的情况。
