The invention provides an installation method of a gantry type crawler crane, which comprises the following steps: step 1, hoisting a cart walking mechanism on a cart track, adjusting a base distance, a track gauge and a diagonal line, and then fixing by using a process support; step 2, mounting the rigid and flexible legs on the cart traveling mechanism by rotating the crawler crane jib frame; 3, hoisting a main beam to the position between the top of the rigid leg and the top of the flexible leg through a joist; and 4, the crawler crane is used for hoisting the upper trolley, the lower trolley and the maintenance crane to the main beam. According to the mounting method of the gantry type crawler crane, turning over of the rigid and flexible legs and hoisting of the main beam are completed through the large crawler crane, safety and reliability of the hoisting process are guaranteed by designing tools such as the rigid and flexible leg turning-over hinge shaft tool and the main beam hoisting joist, and according to the process scheme, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved. And the on-site final assembly period is effectively shortened, and the occupied area of a construction site is saved.

    本发明提供了一种龙门式履带起重机的安装方法,包括:步骤1,将大车行走机构吊放至大车轨道上,调整好基距、轨距和对角线后利用工艺撑进行固定;步骤2,通过旋转履带吊臂架,将刚、柔性腿安装至所述大车行走机构机构上;步骤3,利用托梁吊装主梁至所述刚性腿和所述柔性腿的顶部之间;步骤4,利用履带吊分别将上小车、下小车和维修吊吊装至所述主梁上。本发明提供的龙门式履带起重机的安装方法,通过一台大型履带吊分别完成刚柔性腿翻身和主梁吊装,并通过设计刚柔腿翻身铰轴工装、主梁吊装托梁等工装,确保了吊装工艺的安全可靠,该工艺方案不仅降低了施工成本,也有效缩短了现场总装周期,并节约了施工场地占用面积。
