The invention discloses a non-initiating-explosive dotted connecting and separating device which comprises a connecting component for connecting two separated bodies, and a locking component. The connecting component comprises a first connecting piece connected with one separated body, and a second connecting piece connected with the other separated body. The first connecting piece comprises a plurality of first connecting piece bodies which are distributed at intervals. The second connecting piece comprises a plurality of second connecting piece bodies which are distributed at intervals. The first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are connected through the first connecting piece bodies and the second connecting piece bodies which are inserted in each other in a penetrating mode. The locking component is connected with a drive system, locks the connecting component under the effect of the drive system so that the two separated bodies can be connected or releases the connecting component under the effect of the drive system so that the two connected separated bodies can be separated. By means of the non-initiating-explosive dotted connecting and separating device, impact produced during initiating explosive product working can be avoided, and meanwhile the non-initiating-explosive dotted connecting and separating device has the advantages of being capable of being detected and repeatedly used and the like and plays a quite important role in development of aircrafts in future.
