The invention discloses a single intersection dynamic traffic signal control method based on data driving. The single intersection dynamic traffic signal control method comprises the following steps of step 1: acquisition of high-precision data; step 2: execution control of a signal controller; step 3: intersection performance indicator evaluation; and step 4: signal timing iterative optimization. The high-precision data are detected based on sensors, and accurate time at which a vehicle drives on and leaves a detector can be accurately recorded in the data so that green light time duration and idle time of the detector can be calculated, the efficiency of dynamic traffic signal control is enabled to be further exerted, the internal area of the intersection is ensured to be used constantly, and thus accessibility of an urban road network is guaranteed to some extent.
