The invention relates to a low-inertia spring and torsion bar type constant force mechanism and belongs to constant force loading mechanisms. The low-inertia spring and torsion bar type constant force mechanism aims at solving the problem that an existing passive type constant force output device has limitation. According to the low-inertia spring and torsion bar type constant force mechanism, the two ends of each of multiple springs are hinged to a constant force mechanism input shaft and a constant force mechanism output coiling block respectively; and a torsion bar is located inside the constant force mechanism input shaft, and the two ends of the torsion bar are fixedly connected with the constant force mechanism input shaft and the constant force mechanism output coiling block respectively. According to the structure, the use requirement of the constant force mechanism is fully considered, constant torque output can be achieved through a variable moment arm and the high rigidity of the torsion bar, and constant moment can be constantly output in the whole transmission process. The low-inertia spring and torsion bar type constant force mechanism has the outstanding beneficial effects of being simple in structure, low in inertia, large in torque and high in flexibility. In addition, the low-inertia spring and torsion bar type constant force mechanism is high in universality, capable of providing constant force output for a load in high-frequency change, wide in applicable torque value range, high in stability of output torque values and low in rotation inertia.
