一种基于电磁辅助式恒力弹簧支架的恒力控制方法,涉及航天器地面零重力模拟技术领域。本发明是为了解决目前地面零重力模拟当中,纵向模拟难度大、且模拟精度低的问题。本发明所述的一种基于电磁辅助式恒力弹簧支架的恒力控制方法,利用BP神经网络建立恒力弹簧支架的输出力辨识模型,通过测量恒力弹簧支架的位置、速度、加速度即可实现对恒力弹簧支架输出力的辨识,并对辨识输出力进行修正。BP神经网络能够减少PID的误差范围,提高PID的稳定性,同时PID也能够提高BP神经网络辨识后的控制精度。本发明在提高电磁辅助式恒力弹簧支架的恒力输出精度的同时,还能够实现高精度的竖向重力补偿,提高航天器地面模拟的真实度。
