The invention relates to an adjusting mechanism for adjusting the torque of a torsion spring, a torsion spring assembly, a storage device and a vehicle. The adjustment mechanism includes: a shaft element including a shaft portion and a flange portion; the adjusting disc is arranged on the shaft part in a sleeving mode and comprises a lap joint face, the first supporting leg of the torsion spring can be in lap joint with the lap joint face, the lap joint face comprises a plurality of lap joint parts, and when the first supporting leg of the torsion spring is in lap joint with the different lap joint parts, the angle of the first supporting leg relative to the second supporting leg is different; and an elastic thrust element abutting the adjustment disc against the flange portion of the shaft element from the distal side of the adjustment disc. The shaft element is provided with a limiting element, the adjusting disc is provided with a matched limiting element, the limiting element and the matched limiting element can be connected under the action of axial thrust of the elastic thrust element to prevent the adjusting disc from rotating, and the limiting element and the matched limiting element can resist the axial thrust of the elastic thrust element to be disengaged under the action of external force. The adjusting disc is allowed to rotate.
