An ocean vertical axis combined supported-type power generation platform comprises an ocean floating platform and a plurality of vertical axis wind turbine power generation towers, wherein the vertical axis wind turbine power generation towers are fixedly arranged on the ocean floating platform; the ocean floating platform floats on an ocean; a plurality of hydropower generation devices for tidal power generation are fixedly arranged under the ocean floating platform; the ocean floating platform is a triangular platform; a floating bin and a hydraulic telescopic bracket are fixedly arranged at each of the three corners at the bottom of the ocean floating platform; the floating bins are respectively connected with three water pumping devices used for pumping sea water into/from the floating bins simultaneously. The ocean vertical axis combined supported-type power generation platform has the advantages that wind power and tide power are utilized for combined power generation, and the ocean floating platform floats on the ocean in a fixed manner through the floating bins and the hydraulic telescopic brackets, so that the fixing is firm, and normal operation of wind power generation and tidal power generation are guaranteed.
