The invention discloses a combined ocean platform, and belongs to the technical field of ships. The combined ocean platform comprises floating ball bodies, telescopic rods, a first platform, hydraulic cylinders, transmitters, a second platform body, a third platform and air sacs, wherein the first platform, the second platform body, and the third platform are mutually connected through the hydraulic cylinders, and the telescopic rods, the transmitters and the air sacs are mounted on the outer sides of the first platform, the second platform body, the third platform; one floating ball body is mounted on each of the telescopic rods, the telescopic rods adopt multi-stage telescopic structures, and the transmitters adopt pneumatic catapulting structures and are used for catapulting an anchor chain. The combined ocean platform disclosed by the invention has the advantages that counter weights of the combined platforms can be mutually regulated, so that the balance is realized; besides the regulable floating bodies are also arranged, so that the sinking is avoided, and the probability of overturning accidents is greatly reduced.
