The tracking type large-span photovoltaic array is composed of a photovoltaic panel, a photovoltaic panel steering structure, an illumination sensor and an intelligent control center, the semi-submersible platform foundation comprises a top annular support, a bottom annular support and a mounting frame, and the decomposition type vertical axis wind turbine is composed of wind blades, a groove type connector, a rotor, a stator and an energy accumulator. The wave power generation floater comprises a hydraulic motor, a heaving floater shell, a vertical power structure and a generator, the servo lifting system is installed below the semi-submersible platform foundation and used for controlling the height of the semi-submersible platform foundation, and the mooring system is used for connecting the semi-submersible platform foundation and the servo lifting system to a fixed object. Traditional photovoltaic and wind turbines are optimized to obtain a tracking type large-span photovoltaic array and a decomposition type vertical axis wind turbine respectively, the tracking type large-span photovoltaic array and the decomposition type vertical axis wind turbine share a platform and an annular support after being combined, materials are greatly saved, and economical efficiency is improved.
