[Problem] To provide a submersible vehicle which is light-weight and capable of moving easily, and to provide a submersible vehicle which is safe and easy to operate. [Solution] A submersible vehicle according to the present invention is designed such that: a cabin where an operator embarks has a size large enough for the operator to enter; and the submersible vehicle is capable of submerging and navigating underwater even when lightweight. Furthermore, in cases when the operator who embarks has a body weight lighter than the maximum operator weight designed for the submersible vehicle, consequently decreasing the gross weight of the submersible vehicle and increasing the buoyancy thereof, water of a weight corresponding to the difference between the designed maximum operator weight and the actual weight of the operator is injected into an expandable container inside the cabin, said expandable container expanding when water is inserted therein, to adjust the buoyancy of the submersible vehicle, thereby avoiding the need to increase the net weight of the submersible vehicle.
