The invention provides a waterborne photovoltaic plate support device. The waterborne photovoltaic plate support device comprises a main buoyancy tank (1) and bridleway buoyancy tanks (9), the main buoyancy tank (1) is connected with a plurality of bridleway buoyancy tanks (9) in a fastening manner, the top surface of the main buoyancy tank (1) is provided with a photovoltaic plate installation part, the middle is provided with a hollow channel (3), and the hollow channel (3) is at least one through hole penetrating through the bottom surface or the side surfaces of the main buoyancy tank (1) from the top surface of the main buoyancy tank (1). According to the waterborne photovoltaic plate support device, a basically-closed system formed by the main buoyancy tank (1), a photovoltaic plate, and the hollow channel (3) is provided, double continuous circulation cooling of the photovoltaic plate is realized by employing the internal continuous circulation water-cooling principle, the output power of the photovoltaic plate is increased, and the lifetime of the material of the photovoltaic plate is extended. Besides, the main buoyancy tank (1) and the bridleway buoyancy tanks (9) employ solid structures so that the main buoyancy tank (1) and the bridleway buoyancy tanks (9) are prevented from sinking due to long-term aging and cracking, the recycling is facilitated, and the floating platform is more stable.
