The invention discloses a train traction connecting device. The train traction connecting device comprises a box girder assembly, a fixed clamping plate assembly, stressed lead screw assemblies, positioning end plate assemblies, a traction assembly, a positioning square cotter assembly and a tension bolt assembly. The fixed clamping plate assembly is fixed to the lower side of one end of the box girder assembly through a connecting plate assembly, and through holes are formed in the corresponding positions of the fixed clamping plate assembly and the box girder assembly in the up-down direction respectively. The number of the stressed lead screw assemblies is two, the two stressed lead screw assemblies are matched with two long nuts to be connected, and the two long nuts are fixedly arranged on the box girder assembly in a pass-length mode in the width direction. The number of the positioning end plate assemblies is two, and the two positioning end plate assemblies are mounted at the ends, far away from the box girder assembly, of the two stressed lead screw assemblies respectively. The traction assembly is fixedly connected with the other end, opposite to the fixed clamping plate assembly, of the box girder assembly. The train traction connecting device has the advantages of being simple in structure, safe and reliable, easy and convenient to operate and high in practicability, and when the traction connecting device is used for training loading, a train carriage can be effectively protected.
