The invention relates to a vacuum pump controller of an electric vehicle. A vacuum pressure sensor circuit of the vacuum pump controller acquires a pressure value of the inside of a vacuum booster, when the pressure value is smaller than -50 kpa, the vacuum pressure sensor circuit transmits a signal to a single chip microcomputer circuit, the single chip microcomputer circuit issues a command to an electronic vacuum pump drive circuit, the electronic vacuum pump drive circuit starts an electronic vacuum pump, and the electronic vacuum pump performs vacuum pumping actions on the vacuum booster; when the pressure value reaches -70 kpa, the vacuum pressure sensor circuit transmits a signal to the single chip microcomputer circuit, the single chip microcomputer circuit issues a command to the electronic vacuum pump drive circuit, the electronic vacuum pump drive circuit closes the vacuum pump, and the electronic vacuum pump stops performing vacuum pumping actions on the vacuum booster. According to the vacuum pump controller of the electric vehicle, the accuracy and the reliability for acquiring vacuum pressure sensor signals are improved, the precision of vacuum pump pressure sensor signals is guaranteed, distortion of the vacuum pressure sensor signals is effectively reduced, and the performance of the vacuum pump controller is improved.
