The invention relates to the technical field of electric vacuum pumps and provides a transmission system of an electric vacuum pump and the electric vacuum pump. The transmission system of the electric vacuum pump is used for transmission connection between a motor shaft of the electric vacuum pump and a plurality of pistons, and comprises a stud coaxially connected with the motor shaft; the eccentric shafts are sequentially connected outside the stud in a threaded mode, and the end faces of the adjacent eccentric shafts abut against each other and are matched with each other through an anti-rotation structure; the near end of each connecting rod is connected with one eccentric shaft, and the far end of each connecting rod is connected with one piston. According to the transmission system of the electric vacuum pump, transmission connection between the motor shaft and the piston is achieved through the studs, the eccentric shafts and the connecting rods, the structure is simple, operation is stable, the end faces of the adjacent eccentric shafts abut against each other and are matched through anti-rotation structures, torque is transmitted through end face friction, stability and safety are achieved, accurate positioning is easy to achieve, and the service life is long. And the torque transmission efficiency between the motor shaft and the piston is improved.

    本发明涉及电动真空泵技术领域,提供电动真空泵的传动系统和电动真空泵。电动真空泵的传动系统用于电动真空泵的电机轴与多个活塞的传动连接,包括:螺柱,与电机轴同轴连接;多个偏心轴,依次螺接在螺柱外,其中,相邻的偏心轴的端面相抵接、并通过防转结构相配合;多个连杆,每个连杆的近端连接一个偏心轴且远端连接一个活塞。本发明的电动真空泵的传动系统,通过螺柱、偏心轴和连杆实现电机轴与活塞的传动连接,结构简单,运行平稳,相邻的偏心轴的端面相抵接并通过防转结构相配合,使扭矩通过端面摩擦传递,平稳安全,且易于实现精准定位,提高电机轴与活塞间的扭矩传递效率。
