The present invention relates to an electronic vacuum pump controller for a vehicle, capable of controlling an electronic vacuum pump (EVP) directly influencing the braking of a vehicle with an additional switching element, not controlling the EVP with an electronic control unit (ECU) and the like. The electronic vacuum pump controller for a vehicle includes: a vacuum sensor (20) operated by receiving a lower voltage supplied from the vehicle among voltages applied from a battery (40) and providing data about a vacuum condition of a booster by continuously sensing the vacuum condition of the booster; an integrated circuit (80) calculating the data sensed by the vacuum sensor (20); the switching element (30) operating and controlling an opening means (50) by using electrical signals according to a result of the calculation of the integrated circuit (80); and the opening means (50) operated by receiving power from the battery (50), easily reacting to high voltages and high currents, and operating and controlling the EVP (60) by receiving an input of the control signals of the switching element (30). The vacuum sensor (30), the integrated circuit (80), the switching element (30), and the opening means (50) are formed in a single control module (70).

    본 발명은 차량의 제동에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 전자 진공 펌프(EVP, Electronic vacuum pump)를 엔진제어장치(ECU, Electronic Control Unit)등에 의해 제어되지 않고 별도의 스위칭 소자를 통해 제어가 될 수 있도록 한 차량용 전자 진공 펌프 제어기에 관한 것으로, 배터리(40)에서 인가되는 전압 중 차량에서 제공되는 저전압을 공급받아 작동을 하며, 부스터의 진공상태를 연속적으로 감지하여 데이터로 제공하는 진공센서(20)와, 상기 진공센서(20)에서 감지한 데이터를 연산 처리하는 집적회로(80)와, 상기 집적회로(80)의 연산결과에 따라 전기적 신호를 이용하여 개폐수단(50)을 작동 및 제어하는 스위칭 소자(30)와, 상기 배터리(40)의 전원을 공급받아 작동을 하며, 대용량의 전류 및 전압에 용이하게 대응하는 한편, 스위칭 소자(30)의 제어신호를 입력받아 전자 진공 펌프(60)를 작동 및 제어하는 개폐수단(50)을 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 진공센서(20)와, 집적회로(80), 스위칭 소자(30) 및 개폐수단(50)을 하나의 제어모듈(70)에 구성되도록 한 것이다.
