The invention discloses a two-freedom-degree gravity balance hoisting mechanism. The two-freedom-degree gravity balance hoisting mechanism comprises a lower base plate (1), an upper base plate (2), an oblique balance weight mechanism (3), a gravity balance mechanism (4) and an oblique adjusting mechanism (6). The oblique balance weight mechanism (3) and the gravity balance mechanism (4) are both fixedly connected with the lower base plate (1) and the upper base plate (2). The oblique adjusting mechanism (6) is fixedly connected with the lower base plate (1). The oblique adjusting mechanism (6) comprises a drive part and a motion part. The motion part penetrates the upper base plate (2) and the lower base plate (1), and the motion part can be driven by the drive part to vertically move relative to the upper base plate (2) and the lower base plate (1). The hoisting mechanism has the beneficial effects of being compact in structure, small in occupied space, convenient to install and use, high in work efficiency, higher in universality and the like.
