The invention relates to a wind supply method and device for guaranteeing wind used for a train. According to the method, the wind supply function of an existing train is not changed, by arranging a pressure regulating valve which serves as pilot pressure of a relay valve and controlling the pilot pressure of the pressure regulating valve, the effect of amplifying the air flow speed of the relay valve is achieved, and therefore a wind supply system of a locomotive has the advantages that the wind supply flow is large, the wind filling speed is high, output pressure is stable, and the fault rate is low after the relay valve is installed for use. The conversion efficiency of the wind supply system is greatly improved, the wind supply system can be universal for existing domestic locomotive braking system air pipelines, and according to the specific requirements of different vehicles, various structural shapes and sizes can be achieved through the wind supply method for guaranteeing the wind used for the train.
