The invention provides an environment wind speed testing device which is suitable for being assembled on a rail train and comprises a wind measuring unit arranged on the rail train, and the wind measuring unit is suitable for obtaining environment wind parameters of environment wind passing through the rail train; the first database is used for acquiring aerodynamic load data of the rail train according to the environmental wind parameters and the real-time speed of the rail train; the second database is used for acquiring dynamic data of the rail train according to the aerodynamic load data and the real-time train speed; the early warning unit is used for judging the running state of the rail train according to the dynamic data and outputting prompt information in response to the running state; wherein the environment wind parameters at least comprise the wind direction and the wind speed of the environment wind.
