The invention discloses a wind resistance braking device and a rail train. The wind resistance braking device comprises a braking mechanism, a first driving mechanism and a second driving mechanism. The brake mechanism comprises a brake plate and a base, and the brake plate is mounted on the base; the first driving mechanism is used for driving the brake plate and the base to rotate around a first axis, so that the brake plate is opened and closed; the second driving mechanism is used for driving the brake plate to rotate around a second axis relative to the base; and the second axis is perpendicular to the first axis. By the adoption of the scheme, when the rail train passes through a curve road section, the brake plate can be driven to rotate around the second axis, the windward side of the brake plate is right opposite to the advancing direction of the train, and therefore the lateral force of wind acting on the brake plate can be reduced, the service life of the brake mechanism can be prolonged, and the running safety of the whole train can be improved.

    本发明公开了风阻制动装置及轨道列车,风阻制动装置包括制动机构、第一驱动机构和第二驱动机构;所述制动机构包括制动板和底座,所述制动板安装于所述底座;所述第一驱动机构用于驱动所述制动板和所述底座绕第一轴线旋转,以使所述制动板开合;所述第二驱动机构用于驱动所述制动板相对所述底座绕第二轴线旋转;所述第二轴线垂直于所述第一轴线。采用本方案,当轨道列车通过曲线路段时,可驱动制动板绕第二轴线旋转,使制动板的迎风面正对列车前进方向,从而能减少风作用在制动板上的侧向力,因此能延长制动机构的寿命、提升整车的运行安全性。
