The invention relates to an automatic automobile control method and man-machine driving systems for an automobile. In the traveling process of the automobile in the automatic control mode, when a controller receives a signal of a driver treading down a brake pedal or it is judged that brake control needs to be executed automatically according to acquired environment information, the controller controls a brake system for brake, and meanwhile, the controller sends a zero accelerator opening degree forcing instruction to a driving system and locks an accelerator signal. The invention further provides the two man-machine driving systems for the automobile. One system is provided with only one controller, and the other system comprises two controllers. The two systems are both provided with an obstacle distance detecting device, an accelerator pedal, a braking system and a driving system. By the adoption of the method, the situation that the driver treads down the accelerator pedal by mistake when the automobile should be braked can be avoided, and traffic accidents and casualties are effectively avoided.
