The invention discloses an anti-climbing energy-absorbing device. The device comprises a mounting seat, an anti-climbing plate with climbing teeth on the outer side and thin-wall cylinders arranged on the inner side of the anti-climbing plate. One end of each thin-wall cylinder is relatively fixed to the anti-climbing plate, and the other end of each thin-wall cylinder can vertically move relative to the mounting seat; and the anti-climbing energy-absorbing device further comprises supporting parts arranged between the anti-climbing plate and the mounting seat. The supporting parts are fixedly connected with the anti-climbing plate and the mounting seat. Due to the fact that at the moment, one end, close to the mounting seat, of each thin-wall cylinder can vertically move relative to the mounting seat, the thin-wall cylinders do not bear action force in the vertical direction, and the thin-wall cylinders are effectively prevented from being bent deformed. The anti-climbing energy-absorbing device can effectively solve the problem of bending deformation of the thin-wall cylinders. The invention further discloses a motor vehicle with the anti-climbing energy-absorbing device.
