An unmanned aerial vehicle three-axis autostability holder capable of dynamically recording adjustment amount comprises aerial photography equipment, a fixing support, an X-axis control bracket module, a Y-axis control bracket module and a Z-axis control bracket module. The aerial photography equipment is fixed to the fixing support. The X-axis control bracket module is perpendicularly and rotationally connected with the Y-axis control bracket module. The Z-axis control bracket module is perpendicularly and rotationally connected with the Y-axis control bracket module. Each control bracket module is composed of a control motor, a recording sensor, an information transmission line, a 360-degree scale dial plate, a fine-tuning gear and a manual rotary wheel. The directions of the three dial plates of the X-axis control bracket module, the Y-axis control bracket module and the Z-axis control bracket module are rotated by 360 degrees and adjusted in a clockwise mode; the center lines of three-axis vertical connection arms are perpendicular to one another; no rotary shielding dead corner area exists under the condition that the aerial photography equipment is carried. The fine-tuning gear in each control bracket module adjusts a fine-tuning linkage plate through the corresponding control motor, the corresponding linked recording sensor dynamically records the adjustment amount, and the adjustment amount is fed back to a flight control terminal. Before an unmanned aerial vehicle takes off, manual joint adjustment can be conducted through the manual rotary wheels, the optimal view angle for aerial photography of the aerial photography equipment is positioned, and position information is recorded.
