The invention discloses an operation protective method and system based on the comparison between the track occupation and operation position. The method comprises the steps of collecting real-time monitoring data of track traffic signal equipment and position information of an operation zone, wherein the real-time monitoring data include track occupation state data; performing comparison and analysis according to the real-time monitoring data and the position information of the operation zone, and generating an early-warning alarm message, wherein the early-warning alarm message includes a train approaching operation zone message and a train entering operation zone message; and sending the early-warning alarm message to terminal equipment of operation protective personnel, and indicating the terminal equipment to generate an early-warning alarm notification, wherein the terminal equipment comprises one or multiple of mobile phones, walkie-talkies and interphones. By adopting the method, the technical problems of great workload of the personnel in protective operation, low efficiency and the like can be effectively solved, personal and driving safety accidents caused by human negligence are reduced, and the driving efficiency is greatly improved.
