The invention provides a 12-degree-of-freedom docking and separation testing device simulating weightlessness motion. The 12-degree-of-freedom docking and separation testing device simulating weightlessness motion comprises a girder, a main post, a two-dimensional rotary table, an air floatation device, an air floatation platform, a first-class mass inertia simulation part and a second-class mass inertia simulation part. The girder is at least used for installation of tested parts and installed on the two-dimensional rotary table which is installed on the main post. The first-class mass inertia simulation part is installed on the girder. The main post is installed on the air floatation platform. The second-class mass inertia simulation part is installed on the main post. The girder rotates around the axis of the main post by means of the two-dimensional rotary table. The air floatation platform and the two-dimensional rotary table can drive each other to move horizontally in the axial direction of the main post or in the direction parallel with the axial direction of the main post.
