The invention discloses a weighing air flotation device for simulating weightlessness. The weighing air flotation device comprises an upper air flotation cushion, a sealing ring, a lower air inlet block and three strain gauges. A throttling hole is formed in the upper portion of the upper air floating cushion, and an air supply hole is formed in the lower portion of the upper air floating cushion. An air supply hole which is the same with that of the upper air floating cushion is formed over the lower air inlet block, and an air inlet connected with the air supply hole is formed under the lower air inlet block. The upper air floating cushion is connected with the lower air inlet block through a screw, and a sealing ring is installed on the connecting portion and used for preventing air leakage of the air supply hole. Three strain gauges are all installed on the lower air inlet block, two strain gauges are vertically and symmetrically arranged on the surface of the lower air inlet block, and the other strain gauge is transversely arranged on the surface of the lower air inlet block. The mass of the counter weight above the air floating cushion can be accurately obtained through the strain gauge, the height of the gravity center of the counter weight is adjusted through the height adjusting mechanism, the center height of the counter weight is equivalent to that of a hinge mechanism, the counter weight is in a weightlessness state, and the counter weight can be effectively prevented from applying force outside the excitation direction to the hinge mechanism.
本发明公开了一种用于模拟失重的称重气浮装置,包括上部气浮垫、密封圈、下部进气块及三片应变片。所述上部气浮垫上方开有节流孔,下方开有供气孔。所述下部进气块上方开有与上部气浮垫相同的供气孔,下方开有与供气孔相连的进气口。所述上部气浮垫与下部进气块通过螺钉连接,连接部分装有密封圈,用于防止供气孔漏气。三片应变片均安装于下部进气块上,其中两片竖直对称布置于下部进气块表面,另一片横向布置于下部进气块表面。本发明通过使用应变片可精准得到气浮垫上方配重质量,通过高度调节机构调节配重重心高度,使得配重中心高度和铰链机构等高,配重处于失重状态,可有效避免配重在铰链机构上施加激振方向之外的力。
