The invention provides a low-altitude flight device which comprises a base, a storage battery set, 16 rotors and four cross supports. A first metal disc and a second metal disc are fixed to the top and the bottom of the base respectively. The cross supports comprise long arms and short arms, and the long arms and the short arms are fixed in a criss-cross mode. Each long arm and each short arm are each provided with two rotors. One end of each long arm is fixedly connected with the first metal disc. The middles of the long arms are fixedly connected with the second metal disc through reinforcing rods. The long arms and the first metal disc are located in the same horizontal plane. The low-altitude flight device is provided with a simple mechanical structure, the storage battery set is used as flight power, and manufacturing cost is greatly lowered; the low-altitude flight device is quite suitable for the acceptance degree of common consumers; flight operation is easy, the consumers can operate the low-altitude flight device by themselves without strict training, and the needs of people for low-altitude flight can be met.
