The invention discloses an underpass rotary type light-rail train. Underpasses are constructed on the two sides of an urban traffic line and under a ring road surface, and rotary type trains connected end to end are disposed to run through the underpasses. Stations are distributed on the face, close to sidewalks, of the underpass train, and shelters are constructed on the road surface parts of the stations. An elevator is arranged at the get-off position of each station, and a moving walkway is arranged at the get-on position of each station. Each carriage of the train only comprises a bottom footboard, guardrails, handrails and seats, and a power machine room is arranged at a stop-rest zone in the first carriage and the second carriage. The underpass train runs in multiple ways of cities, and a road network is formed; tail gas is reduced; vehicles run on the ground and run underground, the traffic is smooth, and urban air is fresh. The underpass train is low in manufacturing cost; the stations are multiple; the train does not stop at the stations, and passengers get on and off the train without train stop; the passenger capacity is large, time is saved, and the train is quick.
